Ingredients: 1/3 cup water 3 Pearl Onions 24 cherry tomatoes 1/3 half  white onion 6 oz. tofu 6 tsp organic no-salt seasoning 6 tsp basil leaves 6 tsp Granulated California Garlic No Stick Cooking Spray Medium temperature, add cooking spray, as soon as the pan is warm add first, the cut cherry tomatoes so the juice comes out.
