Bubble butt workout with wearbands

Since I started my journey in fitness competitions and healthy living, I have learned so much. This year, 2017, I have decided to spend a bit more time on my blog. Developing new content and focusing more in growing my audience and bringing you more informative material. This time I’m bringing you this great item the “wearband” it’s a belt that has four resistance bands, two frontal and to on the back. I have tried it for my lower body workout and I really like it. I have incorporated it in my regular legs/glutes workout and it really gives it that extra push I need. Take a look at this video:



One of the big problems I found with previous resistance bands what that they slide out of my feet. The Wearbands hsve the resistance bands clipped to a type of sock, that you can use inside your sneaker or by itself. It really makes a difference and you can do pretty much any lower body exercise with this one.
