This is a healthy recipe, with low-calorie intake, fast to make and with an amazing taste.

Ingredients:

  • 1/3 cup water
  • 3 Pearl Onions
  • 24 cherry tomatoes
  • 1/3 half  white onion
  • 6 oz. tofu
  • 6 tsp organic no-salt seasoning
  • 6 tsp basil leaves
  • 6 tsp Granulated California Garlic
  • No Stick Cooking Spray

Medium temperature, add cooking spray, as soon as the pan is warm add first, the cut cherry tomatoes so the juice comes out. Then the cut pearl onions, then the cut in small pieces the white onion. Cut the tofu in squares and add it to the mix. Add the organic no-salt seasoning, basil leaves, granulated garlic, and last the water. let the water boil until the mix starts to dry. Let it cook for around 8 min and its ready to serve. Enjoy
